    Thanks for visiting my blog. I am a portrait photographer based out of the Oxford-Anniston, Alabama area. This is where you will find sneak peeks of sessions and find blog only specials. I specialize in newborn, children, senior and family lifestyle photography with a wedding every now and then. I love being able to capture images for families that will be looked at endlessly and treasured for a lifetime. I hope that you will let me capture you, your children, your family. A great image is priceless and will touch your heart forever.

    I am also a wife and a mom. I am married to the love of my life and my best friend and we have two beautiful daughters named Lyla and Peyton. They are our world and keep us on our toes! Our extended family consists of 3 weenie dogs, 1 chow, and 1 kitty! You will always see new photos here posted of our baby girls and our animals.

My Girls | Alabama Children’s Photographer

My girls are growing up so I try to take pictures as often as I can to capture the memories of them being little.  It breaks my heart to know they are not going to be babies any more but at the same time I am looking forward to them getting a little older so we can get out do fun stuff!!  Lyla is growing so fast and loving everything new so I enjoy taking them places.  Peyton is really going to love it when she can walk. She tries to be a big girl all the time but her body just won’t let her do it yet!! Anyway,  Ashley Warren Studios inspired me to take these photos of my girls in the balloon.  The girls were pretty cooperative.  I was surprised!!!

We are ready!!



I am patiently waiting.  Can we go?This is going to be fun!

Ryan | Birmingham Newborn Photographer

Look at this beautiful newborn little girl!!  She is simply adorable.  She did so well in her session.  She slept the entire drive from Birmingham so we were a little worried she wouldn’t sleep during our session but she did really well.  Mom nursed her and she was out!  We got a lot of photos done, then Ryan decided she was done sleeping and she wanted to see the world around her.  So at the end of her session she kept her eyes wide open and watched me take photos of her.  Here are some of the beautiful images from her session.  Ryan sure is lucky to have such a beautiful and loving family.

Karys is ONE!

I had so much fun with this session.  I met Karys when she was just 5 months old and now she is ONE!!  I cannot believe time is flying by so fast! She is such a beautiful and sweet little girl.  She was in the best mood I have ever seen.  Karys was all smiles and giggles.   A few pictures she looked like she was mad but that was actually her HAPPY and smiley face.  Karys is one lucky little girl, she has a wonderful family that loves her.  I absolutely loved taking these images of this beautiful little girl and her family!!!

Jayne and Dylan | Alabama Wedding Photographer

I had a really good time taking these photos of this beautiful couple!  We got lucky and had wonderful weather so it was just perfect. It was also a lot of fun because the designer of Jayne’s beautiful wedding dress was there to help out.  Her dress was simply stunning.  I loved all the detail that went into it.  Each bead was placed on this dress by hand.    Jayne and Dylan were simply amazing.  Here is a sneak peek of the beautiful images of this gorgeous couple!!!

Happy 2nd Birthday Lyla!!!

My baby girl turned two on April 15th.  I cannot believe it!  Where has the time gone?  She is so grown up now.  She had a wonderful birthday party!  We were lucky to get her good and rested with a good nap before her party so she partied it up!  It was all about horses!  She loves horses.  Well she really loves all animals but she really loves horses so we themed her whole party with horses.  It was a lot of fun.  She had a little carousel to ride and lots of cake to eat.  Her favorite part of the entire party was the cake though!  I think she finished 3 cupcakes!  And we are still eating leftover cake now.  Here are some of the images from her party.  I am going to list and give credit to all the wonderful vendors I used to make this party an ultimate success!!
